INSTITUTIONAL PLAN -2010-11
For the smooth running of the vidyalaya and for the development of the students in various aspects, the following committees have been formulated for the academic year-2010-11.
All the conveners and members concerned will submit individual reports at the end of the academic year. The Principal is the chairman of all the committees.
(01). ACADEMIC COMMITTEE :-

3. Shir Camil Xalxo TGT-Hindi Member
Duties:-
Academic in-charge will take the round at the time of period and will check the vacant class and Instruct the teacher to engage the class room.
The committee will check the work of teacher in respect of home work assignment, project work etc.
At least one person will sign and submit the note book for Principal's sign for counter checking.
The Committee will submit reports on the academic improvement of week students every month.
The committee will maintain the record of the notebook checking and will submit the same of the Principal in the second week of every month.

Duties:-
Timely conduct of unit test and Term & CBSE Exams.
The committee will get progress reports etc. prepared.
It will see the dispatch of progress reports to parents.
It will organize different competitive general knowledge tests.

Duties :-
All the committee members will make the duty of JNVST exam in time.
Providing information on admission status time to time as per NVS direction regarding VI and IX
(Lateral Entry)
The committee will be responsible for the smooth conduct on JNVST 2011 as per the direction of the samiti.

Duties :-
Arrangement of weekly Inter-House cleaning of hostel and campus competitions and Arrangement of cultural of cultural and literacy activities.
Celebration of various festival of National and International importance
Keeping ready the selected programmes for visitors.
Keeping the record of all the programmes.
