EDUCATION PROGRAMME
In this newly started Vidyalaya, Computer supplied (10+1) by NVS New Delhi
were installed on 26.07.07. Being at a temporary site, besides the regular
computer classes, computer practice periods are conducted in a group of
twenty students in the computer lab as per a separately designed time table
for easy access of the students during the leisure hours as well as on sundays. The students of class
6th, 7th,and 8th have been
able to work on Basic Paints , MS Word , MS Power Point, Notepad , Internet
access, recording and writing CDs . Subject teachers are taking one computer-aided period at least once a week through self prepared slides or through
the educational CDs . They also teach subject through LCD projector by
rotation.
For practice of the students ,they have been provided computer
stationery and CDs to record their works done during the week. Being
situated in a very remote district place and very poor speed in the dial-up connection, vidyalaya has been connected with broadband
facility for better speed and easy internet access. A class of forty
students is divided in to two groups where they can practise on
computers in a ratio of 2:1
Use of computer systems is also being made for the CLP programme for
the sudents of
neighborhood vidyalayas during the vacations.
