            Preparation of Progress Card for the Non-Board Classes will be done on grading system which is  as follows:-

                Promotion is based on the day - to-day work of the students throughout the year and also on the performance in the terminal examination.

                First Term - FA1 (10%) + FA2 (10%) +SA1(20%) Formative Assessment (FA)1+2+3+4=40%

                 Second Term -  FA3 (10%)        +  FA4 (10%) +  SA2 (40%)  Formative Assessment    (SA) 1+2= 60%

                    In addition to above test/ Examination, Art, Music, Physical education and computer examination will be conducted for both 1st Term and 2nd Term .

ACADEMIC PLANNING

   01. 20 % SYLLABUS    of Board classed & 15 % syllabus of Non-Board class will be completed in the month of April.

       02. Before the commencement of 1st term Examination 75 % syllabus of al the classes in each subject will be completed.

       03. The target date for the completion of syllabus for Non-Board classes and Board Classes will be 15th Jan and 13 Oct. respectively

 04. Practical of all the concerned subject should  also be completed regularly as per plan with theory.
